Free delivery over £250 (ex VAT) is not available to all UK mainland postcodes. There may be additional costs for orders to the Scottish Highlands and other remote postcodes. Please contact us for a delivery quotation if there is no delivery option available at the checkout. We are temporarily not shipping to Ireland, we hope to resolve this as soon as possible.  For orders under £250 (ex VAT) delivery is charged at a standard rate of £16(ex VAT).

Orders can only be processed for despatch once we have received confirmation of payment and all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that we reserve the right to not despatch an order if we believe the address isn’t secure ie to a communal postal address or PO box. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.

If you have provided a valid mobile telephone number and email address you should receive a notification advising of your tracking reference once the item has been despatched. The courier will then attempt to make a delivery and obtain a signature.

We ask you to use the following DPD services as we can not specify time of delivery.

DPD can split your order where there are multi boxes, DPD have two vehicles out in the same area each day. If  a delivery is split they may come at different times.

There are a small number of postcodes, where DPD cannot guarantee delivery next day, due to location.

Next day delivery is not available to the following postcodes:

KA27, KA28, AB31 to AB56, IV1 to IV63, KW1 to KW14, KW15 to KW17, PH15 to PH18, PH19 to PH50, PH19 to PH41, PH49 to PH50, PA20 to PA78, HS1 to HS9, PH42 to PH44, ZE1 to ZE3, FK16, FK17 to FK21.
