Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with any item that you have purchased from us. In the rare event that there is a problem with your goods please let us know as soon as possible.

If you receive an item which is damaged please accept our apologies. You must sign for the item as damaged and contact us within 24 hours with a photograph of the damaged product and packaging. In the rare event of any breakages, you must retain the damaged goods and packing material for inspection.

Goods that are missing or have been delivered incorrectly, again must be noted on the delivery note and must be reported within 24 hours to our office.

If you would like to return correctly delivered unopened goods (other than branded or bespoke products) please call our office within 3 days of receipt. Returns may not always be possible, and must be agreed in advance. Goods must then be returned at your own cost. The returned goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. These will be subject to a 25% handling charge, which will be discounted from the value of the goods after checking the goods. Delivery charges will not be credited for correctly delivered goods.
